Between August and September, Bump introduced several enhancements to improve the experience for API creators and users, including the automatic detection of breaking changes in new API versions, which is integrated into the changelog page, emails, RSS feeds, and GitHub Action during the API design phase. The changelog page was redesigned for better comprehension of API changes, and users can now follow public API changes via RSS or a weekly digest. A new feature allows users to share and highlight specific elements of API documentation, enhancing API onboarding experiences. Additionally, Bump has added support for AsyncAPI bindings, facilitating protocol-specific information display at various levels of the API documentation. The Bump team also held an in-person session in les Sables d'Olonne, France, to foster relationships and plan for the future, sharing insights and photos from this gathering.
