MSKpredict is a clinical decision support tool designed for healthcare professionals treating musculoskeletal conditions such as back pain and arthritis. The app uses validated national clinical guidelines to help practitioners recognize and classify conditions more accurately, leading to quicker diagnoses and referrals for specialist opinions or tests when needed. Healthcare professionals can access the app for free and use it to enter patient assessment findings, which are then compared against available clinical guidelines to provide evidence-based information for diagnosis and treatment planning. MSKpredict was built using Bubble's no-code platform, which provided Dr. Iain Loughran with an easy way to develop a minimum viable product (MVP) without requiring technical expertise. The app has gained over 500 users and will soon have a sister app called OUTCOMEpredict, also developed on Bubble, allowing healthcare professionals to collect outcome measures from patients.
