We are BENIU, a web app that enables event organizers to find the best venue for their event, leveraging Bubble's no-code platform to build a fully customizable and scalable solution. Our app allows users to filter and explore different venues, access important information, and book scouting directly in physical locations. With a focus on Mexico City and other large cities, we aim to expand soon to other territories and countries. Our platform works as a hotel booking system for event planners and a marketing tool for venues, helping them manage clients and dates using our CRM app. We discovered Bubble through our business background and interest in technology, choosing it for its flexibility, rapid updates, and lack of coding expertise required. Our milestones include launching the website and scaling to over 100 listed venues, 2,000 registered users, and booked events. Future plans include expanding globally, improving UX/UI, and enhancing the CRM tool for our BENIUs.
