Implement is a marketplace for live online courses where independent experts give video-based lessons across multiple days (sprints) and users can learn for free or pay for affordable one-on-one coaching. The platform allows coaches to make money while building a community around their expertise, and users can connect to live learning sessions on various topics like SEO marketing. Implement chose a freemium model, where only paying users have access to personalized coaching and review of their work, with free users limited to the live course replay. The app uses Bubble's no-code web app builder, which enabled Lucie Thiollière and her husband to build an all-in-one marketplace without directing users to external services. With nearly 600 users to date, Implement has achieved success and is now scaling to become a universal platform for live online courses, with plans to develop new verticals like design and software development in the future.
