Vaibhav Thakkar, founder of Find Plasma Donor, built an effective mentoring ecosystem for Indian youth using a no-code platform called Bubble. He chose Bubble because it gave him control over his app and enabled him to deploy the app quickly to address the COVID-19 pandemic without having to code. The app connects plasma donors with patients in need of plasma therapy, which is a time-sensitive process that was previously a stressful and time-consuming task for doctors and patients alike. With the help of Bubble's no-code platform, Vaibhav was able to launch the website quickly, and it has already facilitated over 100 plasma donations, saved lives, and connected thousands of donors with patients. Vaibhav plans to continue helping people find plasma donors using the app, even when the pandemic situation normalizes, and will identify gaps in the system to solve problems effectively.
