Announcing Astronomer v0.9

Astronomer has released version 0.9 of its platform, introducing several significant features aimed at enhancing user experience and system efficiency. This update, currently available exclusively to Enterprise customers, includes the beta integration of the Kubernetes executor, which facilitates auto-scaling of Airflow deployments, in-app monitoring dashboards for comprehensive visibility into system metrics, and the implementation of role-based access control (RBAC) for managing user permissions. Additionally, the release supports log streaming directly to the command-line interface, custom error messages for improved user interaction, Okta Oauth integration for enhanced security, and general user interface improvements. The company is actively working on migrating its Cloud cluster to the new backend infrastructure and plans continuous future upgrades as it progresses towards version 1.0.
