Summary

We are constantly adding new features in our API as well as in the web-dashboard to offer more flexibility when using Alpaca products and provide more visibility on the web-dashboard. The position API now accepts a `qty` parameter, allowing users to specify the number of shares to liquidate instead of all shares held. A new Balances Page has been added to the web-dashboard, providing real-time information about account balances and maintenance margin requirements. Alpaca is hosting its second virtual Electronic Trading Contest starting on October 26, with cash prizes for participating winners. SDK updates have also been made, including support for the `alpaca-proxy-agent` in several languages, allowing users to run multiple strategies in parallel under one websocket. Additionally, updates have been made to various Alpaca products and services, including the Python, JS, pylivetrader, backtrader-api, and Go SDKs.
