Rovio talks Kafka with Aiven

The third Kafka meetup was held at Rovio Entertainment's headquarters in Espoo, Finland on January 30th. Henri Heiskanen, Director of Data Engineering at Rovio, presented their use case for Apache Kafka to handle massive data requirements. Aiven's CTO, Heikki Nousiainen, followed with a presentation on benchmarking raw Kafka performance across four different clouds to demonstrate its capabilities. The event highlighted the importance of monitoring, orchestration, and capable personnel in managing Kafka production clusters.
