Vantage Launches Overview: An Organization-Wide Dashboard of Cost Metrics

Vantage has introduced a new feature called Overview, a central dashboard that offers users a comprehensive view of their organization's cost metrics, eliminating the need for manual data aggregation through spreadsheets. This dashboard, now the default landing page for all Vantage users, consolidates essential cost information into three main categories: a monthly view of costs per Cost Report, a table view of accrued costs for each AWS member account for the current month, and a savings plans utilization dashboard comparing covered compute spend to on-demand and spot usage. Each summary is clickable, allowing users to delve deeper into specific reports, and the feature is available at no additional cost to all users, including those in the free tier. The Overview is tailored to individual Vantage workspaces, and the company is working on enhancing team management capabilities and access controls for future iterations.
