Vantage Adds the Ability to Bulk Move Cost Reports and Folders

Vantage has introduced a new feature that allows users to move and "star" Cost Reports and folders in bulk, significantly streamlining the management of extensive cost reporting structures. This enhancement addresses the previously tedious process of individually handling these resources, making it easier for organizations to manage their cost reports, especially when responsibilities shift among teams. The bulk action capability is accessible to all users at no additional cost and includes the functionality to efficiently transfer reports between folders through a user-friendly interface with checkboxes and options for bulk actions. While this feature currently doesn't extend to dashboards or the bulk moving of segments, both are planned for future updates. Additionally, the system ensures that Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) permissions are verified before executing any bulk action, canceling the process if any permission checks fail.
