Managing custom validation rules in Salesforce

When encountering the FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION error in Salesforce, it indicates the presence of a custom validation rule within a Salesforce account that invalidates the provided data, such as requiring a shipping address for a Company object. To resolve this issue and allow Unified.to to write data, it is necessary to have the customer adjust the rule by either making it less strict or removing it entirely. To modify or remove a custom validation rule for the Account object, users must access their Salesforce account's Setup area, navigate to Objects and Fields > Object Manager, select the relevant object, and then proceed to the Validation Rules section to edit or delete the rule causing the exception.
