Originally trained as a psychologist, the narrator transitioned into a career in Human Resources, starting with a one-month contract at Murex, which extended to almost eight years, where they gained essential HR skills and discovered a passion for the tech ecosystem. They later joined Criteo's Talent Acquisition R&D team, contributing to projects like implementing QlikSense and producing HR dashboards. Moving to Grenoble for family reasons, they worked with a BPM software company during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, they were recruited by Qovery's CTO, Pierre, to establish the HR function at the company, where they now serve as the HR manager, focusing on legal compliance, recruitment, performance management, and creating a supportive work environment. They appreciate the work-life balance at Qovery, which allows them to integrate their roles as a professional and a parent seamlessly, and they value the company's authentic culture and transparency. Their typical day involves early starts, coffee, stand-up meetings, various HR tasks, and time with family, while they spend their free time enjoying nature, reading, and family activities.
