We’ve Upgraded Our Online Community—Come Check It Out!
Blog post from PagerDuty
PagerDuty has revamped its online community, originally launched in 2017, to better support developers, engineers, and users by expanding its scope to include discussions on DevOps, SRE, and other best practices. The upgraded forum, led by Program Manager Alexa Alley, aims to create an inclusive and engaging virtual space that recognizes member contributions with rewards such as coins redeemable for swag. This initiative coincides with the increased need for interaction during remote work, offering networking opportunities, virtual events, and educational resources through PagerDuty University to enhance professional skills. The platform also facilitates user feedback and technical discussions, actively monitored by the PagerDuty Support team, and hosts virtual events like PagerDuty Connect Virtual, featuring insights from community leaders across various tech companies.
