PagerDuty and Fast Forward Back Nonprofit Innovation in EdTech, Expanding Education Access and Opportunity

PagerDuty has partnered with Fast Forward to support five tech nonprofits through the EdTech Impact Vertical, aimed at expanding educational access and delivering equitable learning solutions using technology and AI. The collaboration focuses on empowering nonprofits to automate processes, grow responsibly, and build capacity for an AI-enabled future, thereby enhancing their ability to deliver quality educational services at scale. Fast Forward provides these nonprofits with funding, personalized coaching, and access to exclusive programming and resources, while PagerDuty offers its AI-powered platform and pro bono technical support. The selected nonprofits—Beyond 12, Learning Equality, Quill.org, TalkingPoints, and UPchieve—are leveraging AI to address educational challenges, such as personalized coaching, offline learning, literacy skill development, multilingual communication, and on-demand tutoring. This partnership aims to strengthen the nonprofits' operational resilience and expand their reach, ultimately advancing tech-enabled education and bridging gaps in educational equity.
