Additionally, Service Dependencies help users understand the impact scope, while Automation Actions allow responders to trigger diagnostics and remediation tasks efficiently. The app's updates aim to optimize productivity and incident response, ensuring that responders can manage incidents effectively from any location. To maintain these advancements, future app versions will require updated operating systems, specifically Android 9.0 and iOS 14.0 or higher.
