Agent versions 3.1 and older are no longer supported

We are ending support for all ngrok agent versions 3.1 and older starting on January 15th, 2024, recommending users to upgrade to the latest version at their earliest convenience to avoid service disruptions. Free accounts with agents running version 3.1 or older will not be supported, while paying users can still connect but won't receive support or patches for those versions. Upgrading to the latest agent allows access to new features and improved performance, as supporting older versions increases development load and reduces innovation capabilities.
