New Relic University (NRU) has launched an enhanced Learning Management System (LMS) to improve self-serve training for its customers, offering a wider variety of courses, better search capabilities, and interactive learning formats that allow users to learn at their own pace. The new platform has led to an over 80% increase in new accounts and course enrollments, highlighting its appeal. Users can track their progress, access an expanded course catalog, and engage in practical, hands-on learning using their own data. Despite needing a separate login for the LMS, New Relic plans to introduce single sign-on in the future. Featured courses include certifications in New Relic APM and infrastructure, as well as insights into using various New Relic APIs. The platform also offers live and recorded webcasts for flexible learning options.
