The article explores the importance of effective design system organization to alleviate common frustrations such as poor coordination and misplaced documents, and discusses three organizational models: centralized, distributed, and federated. Each model has its own advantages, such as consistency in centralized systems or collaborative flexibility in federated systems. Additionally, three structural formats are highlighted: simple visual repositories, modular systems, and code-based component libraries, each serving different organizational needs and enhancing collaboration across teams. The article emphasizes that selecting the right organizational model and structural format is crucial for maintaining a cohesive user experience and efficient workflow in UX design.
