Fingerprint has introduced significant updates to its dashboard to enhance the detection and analysis of fraud events, offering a redesigned Event Details page, improved filtering interface on the Identification page, and enhanced CSV exports. The revamped Event Details page provides a comprehensive view of each Visitor ID, featuring device, browser, geolocation, and Smart Signals data, including risk indicators and suspect scores to identify unusual behavior. The new filtering interface allows for multiple, tag-based filters, enabling users to focus on specific attributes and environments, and the ability to share filtered views with teammates. Additionally, filtered events can now be exported to CSV with custom email delivery. These updates aim to provide more clarity and control, facilitating faster investigation of fraud, anomaly reviews, and visitor behavior analysis. The Fingerprint Dashboard serves as a central hub for monitoring and managing device intelligence in real-time, offering powerful visualizations and detailed event data for fraud and risk teams to make quicker, informed decisions while also handling integration setups such as API keys and webhooks.
