New Workflows Unlocked: Introducing Spatial Filters with CSV Export
Blog post from Felt
Felt has introduced new features and enhancements to its platform, aiming to revolutionize how organizations interact with location-based data and perform spatial analysis. The key innovation is Spatial Filters, which allow users to draw custom geometries like circles or polygons on maps to instantly filter and analyze data within those boundaries, applicable across various industries such as renewable energy, sales operations, and emergency response. This capability is complemented by a new CSV export function, enabling users to export filtered data for use in other tools like Excel or Google Sheets, thus enhancing workflow efficiency and decision-making. Additionally, Felt has added nine new dashboard components, eight database connectors, and a JavaScript SDK to streamline custom spatial application development. The platform now supports native H3 visualization, PowerBI integration, and offers comprehensive security with regional hosting options, ensuring data safety and seamless integration into existing workflows. These innovations aim to break down data silos and save organizations significant time and effort, moving away from traditional PDF maps and complex engineering tasks.
