ElevenLabs partnered with the National Learning Network (NLN) to enhance the accessibility and efficiency of their esports course, "GAME ON: An Introduction to Esports," by incorporating AI audio technology. This course aims to engage students by teaching them about gaming, maintaining balanced lifestyles, and exploring career opportunities within the esports industry. Ronan Fox, NLN's E-Learning Teaching Enhancement Officer, initially recorded voiceovers for the course's first units but collaborated with ElevenLabs to clone his voice for the final unit, significantly reducing production time while maintaining voice consistency. The realistic and personal sound quality achieved through AI audio allows NLN to better reach students with diverse needs, and they plan to integrate these tools in future courses, including one focused on Community Participation.
