Elastic Cloud allows users to invite teammates to access and manage deployments across various cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. This multi-user access feature enables colleagues to create, deploy, and operate Elastic Cloud deployments while maintaining an activity log that records operational tasks and user actions. To invite users, one must navigate to the “Organization and Billing” section, name the organization, and send invite emails, which contain a link valid for 72 hours for security purposes. Once the enrollment process is complete, invited members are added as administrators with privileges to manage organization members, subscription details, and Elastic Cloud resources, including traffic filters, API keys, and Elastic Stack deployments. Elastic reserves discretion over the release and timing of features, which may not be delivered as anticipated.
