Duplicate cases: A game-changer for Security Investigator productivity and efficiency

Dynatrace has introduced a new feature in Security Investigator that allows users to duplicate cases, enhancing collaboration and efficiency for security investigators. This functionality enables users to quickly create exact copies of existing cases, which is particularly useful for reusing cases from previous investigations, sharing cases with colleagues without locking each other out, creating snapshots as backups to prevent data loss, or working on cases shared in read-only mode. The case duplication feature is designed to streamline workflows by promoting consistency and reducing errors, allowing investigators to focus on their primary tasks. Users can also customize duplicated cases to create new cases or templates, facilitating easier management of recurring investigations. This feature is now available for trial on the Dynatrace Playground.
