Chainlink is launching a month-long developer-focused initiative in May, encouraging developers to explore the Chainlink Starter Kits by building smart contracts using features like Chainlink price feeds, VRF, or APIs. The Starter Kits, based on existing Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) development frameworks such as Hardhat, Brownie, and Truffle, provide developers with comprehensive templates to integrate Chainlink functionalities into their projects. Each kit comes with a repository containing scripts for deploying and testing smart contracts, catering to different programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python. The initiative aims to provide a robust starting point for developers by demonstrating how to use Chainlink tools effectively. Developers are encouraged to clone or fork the repositories, improve or extend the kits, and share their projects through public repositories or social media using the hashtag #StarterKitShowcase. A live event will later showcase these projects, inviting contributors to discuss their work and experiences.
