Flyctl Builtins - the Fly Changelog for August

What's this blog post about?

The latest version of flyctl (v0.0.139) introduces builtin builders for Node, Ruby, Deno and Go, eliminating the need for a Dockerfile. Users can now deploy an image from the command line using the image builder or --image flag on flyctl init. Additionally, backup regions are now displayed in the regions list, and users will see (b) next to any region which is not in the region pool and is therefore in a backup region. The certs process has been improved with smart-documentation for creating a certificate for a hostname. Other changes include orgs and dns commands, an --import option for flyctl init, a --local-only flag for flyctl deploy, and JSON status output now includes timestamps.
